Welcome to Tidworth CAB LTD. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. Payment for the service must be completed before the ride, via the payment link provided at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Late Fees:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick-up, a late fee may apply.
4. Damage or Loss:
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle caused during the ride. In such cases, additional charges will apply.
5. Driver Conduct:
Our drivers are professional and courteous, and we expect the same from our customers. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride.
